Your overall results depend on things like your snacking habits, the size or your portions and how active you are all day long.  If you want to lose weight, you have to pay attention to what you drink as well as what you eat. Most drinks other than water are high in calories and not very healthy, and you can easily fall into this trap without realizing it. Another category you have to consider is anything you buy at a cafe -do you like coffee drinks full of sugar and milk? These are high in calories and devoid of any real nutritional value. If you quench your thirst with water, you can avoid such pitfalls. Moderate amounts of coffee or green or black tea are fine, and may even help with weight loss, but not if you add lots of sugar and milk! You shouldn&#8217;t even overdo it with fruit juice, as this has quite a bit of natural sugar -pure fruit is preferable because it&#8217;s not as highly concentrated.   If you cook using more flavor and spices, you may be able to cut down on the size of your portions. One spice that is not healthy in large quantities and that actually makes you consume more is salt. Just about any other spice, however, from garlic to hot peppers, will tend to make you feel satisfied after eating a small or moderate amount. If you expand your horizons and eat more, say, Thai, Mexican or Indian food, you&#8217;ll naturally be introduced to lots of different spices. When introducing new spices into your life, you can start out with small quantities, as this is usually all it takes to make a dish much more flavorful.  Do not allow yourself to turn into a person who abhors working out. If you have this problem, find ways to make it more enjoyable. Each individual has activities they have fun doing that enables calories to be burned. You could make an effort to dance, bicycle or try out a new sport. An additional method to create a more pleasurable exercise experience, is to play music, and that can be done at the gym or at your house.
